9 Nights Itinerary Coverage: Cape Town – Kruger National Park – Victoria Falls
On arrival at Cape Town Airport, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your pre-booked hotel in the bustling and vibrant city. Discuss the itinerary with our local team coordinator followed by overnight stay or you can take a stroll along the V&A waterfront for quality restaurants and shopping. Overnight in Cape Town.
This morning take a cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain (weather dependent) for magnificent view of the city. Later prepare for an extraordinary adventure through the magnificent Cape Peninsula. It boasts warm sands on Clifton’s secluded beaches and trendy cafés in Camps Bay. Feast your eyes with breathtaking views of majestic mountain range and rugged coastlines as our adventure takes you to the charming fishing village of Hout Bay before meandering along Chapman’s Peak, offering spectacular ocean views. This 9 kms route with 114 curves along the edge of the mountain makes it one of the most magnificent marine drives in the world.
After lunch visit the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope section of Table Mountain National Park. Our coastal journey takes you to shores of False Bay and visit the historic naval port of Simon’s Town and visit the enchanting penguin colony at Boulders Beach before returning to hotel.
This morning after breakfast move out for excursion to Robben Island. Get skip the line access entry to board a ferry for a memorable journey to the World Heritage Site and once prison to South Africa’s most remarkable political figures – including Nelson Mandela. Board a bus while on island for a guided tour of the places of interest including the cells to known the history representing the triumph of democracy over apartheid.
Return to the V&A Waterfront in the afternoon and enjoy your lunch followed by walking tour of Bo-Kaap. Walk with your guide in vibrant streets filled with colorful houses, rich cultural heritage, and delectable Cape Malay cuisine. Learn the history of of one of Cape Town’s most diverse and oldest neighbourhoods, capture photos of brightly colored houses represents Bo-Kaap community's cultural diversity and their heritage. Try the traditional snacks showcasing unique tastes and aromas of Cape Malay cuisine.
After the tour return to hotel or simply enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight in Cape Town.
Today embark on a full day excursion to Cape Winelands for an extraordinary adventure on your trip to South Africa. Delve into the heart of South Africa’s renowned wine region and get drunk on its rich history, culture, and scenic vistas with your guide. Visit wineries in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek & Paar including the tastings and cheese pairings. This tour is not only allows you to sample Cape’s finest wines paired with delicious cheeses; it is an opportunity to learn about history, town visits and to gain knowledge about the developments of the famous Cape Winelands.
Enjoy your lunch and return in the evening to Cape Town for overnight stay.
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for flight to Kruger National Park. Meet our driver on arrival and transfer to safari lodge in Sabi Sands Game Reserve. This two-and-a-half-hour journey takes you to the reserve set along the Sabi river and home to Africa’s iconic Big Five - "Big Five" – elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard; wild dogs, cheetahs and over 300 species of birds can also be spotted here. Check in at your lodge and begin your afternoon game drive into the bush on the lookout for elephants, lions and rhinos. Overnight in Sabi Sands Game Reserve.
Aboard a four-wheel drive landrover for African Game drive in early morning and afternoon. With the help of expert guide spot the animals coming to life who migrate through the reserve, including antelopes, kudu, impalas and giraffes. During the day enjoy the time at your lodge and observe any passing wildlife from the deck.
After the full day of game drive watch the sun sets over the bush followed by sundowner with your guide. Overnight in Sabi Sands Game Reserve.
Spend another day to discover reserve’s game and other wildlife with your guide on two game drives. With your experienced ranger, you may wish to take bush walk to spot smaller species including reptiles, insects and birdlife.
Return to lodge after evening game and stay overnight at lodge.
Morning after breakfast check out from lodge and you will be transferred to Kruger airstrip to board flight to Livingstone, Zambia. On arrival, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your lodge passing through Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. On arrival, check Victoria Falls, regarded as one of the seven natural wonders of the world located on the Zambezi River, the fourth largest river in Africa. It is also considered to be the largest fall in the world because the water of river plunges more than 300 feet into the Zambezi Gorge. Enjoy private sundowner cruise on Zambezi River in the evening for the African sunset during your South Africa Tour. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Morning after a leisurely breakfast join our local tour guide for a walk around Victoria Falls, stopping at its various points including the Devil's Cataract, Rain Forest, Main Falls and Danger Point for thundering views. Get deeper insights on African elephants as you visit an elephant sanctuary to interact with majestic, wise and very intelligent mammal. Spend some time at Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust Clinic to learn about the amazing efforts of doctors and scientists to preserve the various wildlife populations. Return to hotel and enjoy your time at dinner. Overnight at Victoria Falls.
Morning check out from hotel and our driver will transfer you to airport to board flight for Johannesburg. From Johannesburg you can catch your onward flight back to home.
